At Pawidity, your satisfaction is our priority. If you are not completely happy with your purchase, we're here to help.
1. Returns
We accept returns within 30 days of the delivery date. To be eligible for a return, your item must be:
- Unused and in the same condition that you received it
- In its original packaging
- Accompanied by proof of purchase (order number or receipt)
Items that are damaged due to misuse, or items marked as final sale, are not eligible for return.
2. Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you by email. If your return is approved, a refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days. Please note that your bank or credit card company may take additional time to post the refund.
3. Partial Refunds
Partial refunds may be granted in the following situations:
- Items that show signs of use
- Items returned more than 30 days after delivery
- Items not in their original condition or missing parts
4. Exchanges
If you received a defective or damaged item, we will gladly exchange it for the same product. Please contact us at support@pawidity.store within 7 days of receiving your order.
5. Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned or refunded:
- Perishable goods
- Downloadable or digital products
- Gift cards
- Items marked as final sale
6. Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for paying return shipping costs unless the item was received damaged or incorrect. We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot guarantee receipt of your returned item.
